Big Fat Cookies!

Last Night I decided by a fatty craving from 2 days ago to make Chocolate Chip Cookies… not any chocolate chip cookies but I actually googled for “The best cookies in the world” and this recipe came out from The description for these cookies was something like “These cookies are the pinnacle of perfection!” so I had to try them out… Let me say it was kind of easy to do them, I did n´t even use any electric mechanism, just my hand and the hand globe for mixing up. But may I add.. if you are concerned about not going to the gym and making the cookies instead.. well you my friend are about to do both without knowing it because at some point of this recipe you really start to work your biceps and triceps! GOD I WISH EXERCISING WAS ALWAYS LIKE THIS.. besides! instead of a Gatorade you get a cookie as a price at the end :) .

Paso a paso

Step 1.-

Preheat your oven to  165 C and grease some cookie sheets or parchment paper or if you own one of those

non-stick mats you are good to go.

Step 2.-

Sift together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Then set aside.

Step 3.-

In a nice big comfortable bowl for you, cream together the melted butter, brown sugar, and white sugar until well blended ( Gym Strength still low ) .

Then you add the vanilla, egg, and egg yolk until light and creamy (Gym Strength medium).

Step 4.-

Now  you add the sifted ingredients you worked before to the mix.. and start mixing until just blended. (Gym Strength Nice).

Stir in the chocolate chips by hand using a wooden spoon (Now this is the time to prove yourself some gym work!)

Step 5.-

Drop cookie dough 1/4 cup at a time (or in my case a fistful of cookie dough in shape of a ball and then squeeze it towards the cookie sheet but not too much because it´s gonna stretch in the oven ) . Cookies should be about 8 cms apart.

Step 6.-

Bake for 15 to 17 min in the oven, or until edges are lightly toasted. At some point you just might think they are not ready because the center might still be a bit liquid, but if the edges are lightly toasted, it´s time to get them out because when they cool down that´s when they get their consistence. Let them cook for a few minutes before transferring them to wire racks to cool completely.

Now you are done! , so know imagine this… a big cookie and a BIG GLASS OF MILK. If by any chance you get your hands in one of those big cups for cereal… now that is a nice choice for giving that cookie a bath and directly into your mouth. Were these the “best cookies in the world”?? mm.. not really… but they really are good!  They´ve got a nice chocolate flavor (then also i think the semi bitter chocolate I used helped the cookie not to be extremely sweet) and if correctly taken out on time from the oven, they really are chewy and FAAAAT.
