Little Poached Egg

Technique Today ? BAIN-MARIE ! Do not be scared! It’s simple ! In fact quite simple .. : D This recipe makes 4 , I only did 3 but the amounts are the same. I ended up with some more . (Photos do not explain the bacon cooking process but I think we all know how to put bacon in the pan and give it a turn until well browned : P)

Ingredientes

1.Cook your 2 slices of bacon and set aside .

2 . Mix cream and curry, season to taste and set aside.

3. Sauté in a hot pan  zucchini with olive oil and salt and pepper, remove when they have browned.

4. Spread in each dish your zucchini.

* Tip .Save some zucchini for decoration.
5.  Add a whole egg in each dish and cover with a teaspoon of curry cream , add salt and pepper .

6. Place your dishes in a pot and cover with water to half.

7. Take to a boil, when it starts to boil your water, cover your pot with a lid and cook for 8 min . ( it worked for me but try first 6 min. , and check until the white is set and yolk remains liquid ) .

8. When ready , remove from the pot each with a cloth without burning yourself , and add the bacon and zucchini you saved to decorate .

Ready !  It is very easy for those who complain about using the oven , well, there’s always another way ☺ Share your pictures! Would love to see your results!!

Tip * It´s not only zucchini you can use! Use tomatoes, mushrooms, squash, potatoes, etc. .. the possibilities are wide , well .. if you fancy .. add CHEESE AT THE BOTTOM ! : D
